LOG BOOK SERVICING

NSW Roadworthy Inspection (Pink Slip or eSafety check) & LPG


An annual roadworthy certificate is required to renew registration in NSW for all light vehicles (Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) below 4.5 tonnes) older than 5 years. On Track Automotive  can provide a roadworthy certificate (pink slip) for your light vehicle, motorbike or trailer. 

A roadworthy certificate (pink slip) can be obtained up to 6 months prior to vehicle registration expiry date.

BRAKE REPAIRS


Brakes are a critical safety system of a vehicle. The brake system should be checked at every service and not be interfered with by anybody who does not have the appropriate skills, experience and the latest electronic diagnostic and service equipment.

Brake repairs should only be carried out by a qualified mechanic.

A typical brake service would include:

  • Check disc brake and or drum shoe wear levels
  • Replace front and rear pads/shoes if necessary
  • Inspect brake fluid levels and check braking system components

Road test vehicle to check that brakes are operating correctly.

TYRE FITTING


Maintaining your vehicle’s tyres is an important part of ensuring you and your family remain safe on our unforgiving roads, in all climates and driving conditions.

Performed by qualified technicians:

  • Tyre tread depth check
  • Tyre replacement
  • Tyre pressure check and adjustment
  • Tyre and wheel balance
  • Wheel rotation as required


TRANSMISSION SERVICING


 A regular automatic transmission service plan will ensure a good gear box doesn’t suddenly turn sticky or unresponsive, locking down your automatic transmission’s longevity and ensuring you remain safe on the road.


SUSPENSION REPAIRS


When you service with us we check your suspension system we can look for and replace worn or loose control arms, ball joints, springs (coil or leaf), shock absorbers or struts.

To prevent having steering problems and to stop your vehicle suffering premature tyre wear we use only quality brands and heavy duty parts.
